Last Friday we had a pizza party at mom's house with Priscilla -- partially because mom hadn't seen the girls in a while, partially because mom had some coupons for pizza. (Hey, any excuse we can find!) Kathy was able to be there for a while, too, before leaving for work at 9.

When I told Jake we were having a pizza party, he insisted that we needed cupcakes, too, and that he needed to decorate them. The boy is OBSESSED with sprinkles for baked goods, I swear. So we talked Nana into a batch of cupcakes, too. (Doesn't hurt to indulge kids like that every once in a while.)
Here are my favorite pics from the night. The baby was passed around like an offering plate all evening, we all love to hold her. I put up Aowyn's hair because it's so wispy and always in her face (and that makes my parents crazy. LOL.) Those 4 pony tails are SO far beyond cute -- P's kids totally let me do anything to their hair and rarely fight me on it. Sometimes when she comes over she asks me to do their hair just because they fight less with me. Goofy kids. Oh, and Aowyn was terrified of all the pets the whole night, but it was SO cute and funny. Elauna -- well, she's a calm child who is happy to play by herself or with Jake. And she makes weird faces for pictures. She really is beyond adorable, we're just rarely able to get a good picture. LOL.
Aowyn kept running to my dad so he could protect her from the pets. hee hee.
yes, we let the kids play rhythm band instruments . . . don't you?
heh. you'll notice dad's hands over his ears. he was humoring them, though, he is actually a lot more patient about that kind of stuff than I am. :)
