(Counting my blessings today.)
This is Zoe. She's Jake's daily playmate, much to Jake's dismay. My mom started watching her in January when a couple from my church sent out an e-mail to the church listserve, asking for anyone who know anyone who could do childcare for Zoe 3 days a week. I realized it would be perfect for everyone, because my mom could use the extra money, Jake needed a playmate, and Zoe would be in a safe, happy environment.
It's worked out beautifully for everyone (well, ok, except for Jake, who really doesn't like to share Nana.) Zoe is SO attached to my mom, and to me (and my dad, and sister Kathy.)
She's a very lovable child who is a little spoiled at home but get treated very fairly at Nana's house. What's funny is she never wants to go home! She cries every time her mom picks her up to go home, she CLINGS to my mom. (All children love my mom.)
And if I happen to see Zoe at church she cries unless I hold her. Zoe is blossoming into this wonderful little girl with a great personality, and I'm so glad we have her in our lives.
awwwwwwwwww cute! it is an ideal situation :)

She's SO cute! Sounds like a great scenario. I bet Jake will come around as Zoe gets bigger and can really give him a run for his money! lol

Thanks Jen for attempting to put a smile on all our faces!
I'm still praying for Melanie as well as for the family of Aaron Holleyman!
