So I haven't been blogging or scrapping much lately. Been reading a lot instead. Well, and sleeping -- I was sick the better part of Jan/Feb, as tends to happen every year. Almost better now -- still too much teeth sensitivity, and still coughing a bit, but overall ok.
So this is my first scrapbook page thrown together in several weeks. Total Jake randomness. Good times. :)

I love those photo machines at Chuck E. Cheese. SO worth spending a few tokens to get pictures like this! (Umm, that was back in August. But whatever.) I scanned these pics and then edited out the weird green Chuck E. Cheese border so they would easily fit into an 8x8 page. (I made a paper page of a different Chuck E. Cheese picture of Jake and I, and it took up the majority of the 8x8 page, which was annoying!)

Man, this kiddo is cute.
On the drive to my mom's house yesterday, I had bundled Jake up in sweats over his pj's, shoes and socks, a coat and hat, and he was under a blanket. Still, the cold woke him up and he was frowning as he stared out the window. I heard him muttering, so I turned off the radio and asked him to repeat what he had said. He said "Mama, I hate winter."
Then last night, I was washing my face while Jake was taking a bath. I said something to him and called him Buddy-bear. He said "I'm not a bear, I'm a kid!" hee
Sometimes when Jake has completed a "project" (as he calls everything), he tells me or just mutters to himself "This will look good in the scrapbook." His first priority is usually getting things hung on the wall, but the scrapbook is a close second. So I am obliging. :)
