Gotta love Scraplifting
I'm learning more and more lately that what I'm REALLY good at in the scrapbooking world, is SCRAPLIFTING. Stealing borrowing someone else's design idea and making it your own. hee.
So first I found this awesome layout (at right) of Lindsay's. She SO totally rocked it. I think the hardest part of copying it was finding enough cool elements to put on the page! So here's the first page I made:
Then my mom asked me to make some layouts for her, to put up in Jake's new play room at her house. So I thought what better pictures to use, than of her and the kids (my son Jake and my friends' kids.) So on this one, I scraplifted myself more than the original layout.
And I love how they both turned out!
