When I first wrote a post like this back in November, the list of countries that people had visited the DigiScrappin' with Jen blog from was 22 (stats viewed through SiteMeter.) At this point? It's at 41!!! I truly believe that digital scrapbooking is WELL on it's way to being an international phenomenon!
* If you are one of my international friends, PLEASE leave a comment! Tell me about yourself and where you live, how you found out about digital scrapbooking, and all that!!!! So happy to have you here!!!!!!!!! *
Here is my original post from November, updated with a current list of countries that people have visited my site from.
Ok, so I have to admit to you that my FAVORITE part of looking at my SiteMeter stats for the Digi-Scrappin' with Jen blog is to see how many different countries are represented in the stats. I love to see all those different flags showing up under the "Country" listing (see below, for what I see when I'm in SiteMeter looking around in Location). It FLOORS me that people literally all over the world are reading what I have to say (or at least stopping by to check my list of freebies!) I'm of course also honored and excited to have visits from almost every state in the U.S. (still haven't been visited by Montana, which is funny because I lived there for 14 years!!!) -- but there's something truly thrilling to see that I have readers in Australia, France, Sweden . . . maybe it's because as of yet (at 26.75 years old) I have never ventured outside the U.S. I have two sisters -- Mary and Kathy -- and for Christmas 2002, I was home with a 3 month old baby while they were BOTH in Malta (that's over by Italy.) Kathy was studying abroad for a semester and Mary just likes to globe trot. (Seriously.) I know that I am the lucky one, because I have a wonderful son, but a part of me really wants to go world-travelin', too! Maybe someday, eh? In the meantime, here is a list (in alphabetical order) of the countries my site has been visited from:
-- Argentina
-- Australia
-- Austria
-- Belgium
-- Brazil
-- Canada
-- Costa Rica
-- Denmark
-- Dominican Republic
-- Egypt
-- England
-- Finland
-- France
-- Germany
-- Greece
-- Guatemala
-- Hong Kong
-- Hungary
-- India
-- Ireland
-- Israel
-- Italy
-- Jamaica
-- Japan
-- Korea
-- Malaysia
-- Mauritius
-- Mexico
-- Netherlands
-- New Zeland
-- Norway
-- Philippines
-- Portugal
-- Puerto Rico
-- Russian Federation ("Arkhangelsk, Arkhangel'sk")
-- Singapore
-- South Africa
-- Spain
-- Sweden

Hello Jen - I'm Karin and I live in Toluca, Mexico :) I'm living here for 2 years, then I get to come back home to the US. I found your site because I NEEDED to learn about digiscrapping, since traditional scrapbook stuff isn't easily accessible here - and I was having scrapbook withdrawls (LOL). You've helped me tremendously! Thank you for putting this together!

Hi. I'm a South African living in Taiwan. Just starting out in digital, but not yet ready to forsake my enormous paper supply. Although, more and more I feel like my paper is there to gaze at lovingly everyday, while my digital kits actually get used. Great site!
